Our lineup includes "gaskets" made from various rubber sheets punched to suit different applications, "rubber sponge" which has moderate cushioning properties and can also be used as cushioning material, "O-rings" used to prevent the leakage of liquids and gases, and "vibration pads" that prevent vibration transmission, absorb light noise, and mitigate shocks. High-recovery ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, when used as airtight seals for equipment handling powders or waterproof seals for liquids, exhibits extremely low compression deformation even after prolonged use, ensuring that the seals do not "sag." By utilizing this feature, it becomes possible to significantly reduce the frequency of seal replacements in hard-to-maintain areas deep within machinery. As a material, EPDM excels in chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. Its inherent elasticity as sponge rubber, combined with its non-sagging characteristics and consistent load response, allows it to also be used as "damping material."
